SMS Terms
These terms apply when a user or customer organization opts a phone number into BirdDog operational text messages.
Program description
BirdDog operational messaging may include account and security notices, assignments, schedule changes, timekeeping reminders, approval requests, project updates, safety communications, and related service information. BirdDog does not send unrelated third-party promotions through this program.
Consent
By providing a mobile number and opting in, you authorize BirdDog and the identified customer organization to send automated or manually initiated texts about the disclosed messaging purpose. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The party requesting consent must clearly identify itself and the types of messages the user will receive.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on project activity and enabled notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to cancel. A final confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out. No additional messages will be sent unless the user later provides new consent.
Help
Reply HELP for help or email sales@birddog.works. For account-specific notification settings, contact the BirdDog administrator for your organization.
Privacy
Phone numbers, consent records, message content, delivery status, and opt-out status are handled according to the BirdDog Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for their own marketing.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms as messaging features or legal requirements change. Continued participation after notice of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
